What (or Who) is Frank White Photography?

Durham based Photographer, Frank White Frank White Photography, based in Durham North Carolina, is me, Frank White. I spend much of my time capturing moments, freezing them in time. I enjoy making pictures of couples, individuals, and events. I also like to shoot landscape scenes, nature and wildlife. I guess I could say I love photography, both the art and science of it. It's a passion. Combining passion and business produces, for you, incredibly beautiful and frank (no pun intended) images. As you browse through my galleries you'll witness for yourself the story that each photo tells. Although I am based in Durham, I am happy to travel to Raleigh or Chapel Hill or anywhere in North Carolina. I am willing to shoot anywhere in North Carolina¹. As long as my drive is less than 25 miles from Durham, there is no extra fee for my travel.

I am also willing to make commercial pictures. Exterior and interior pictures of buildings and homes for real estate agents and product photography for manufacturers and retailers are also part of my photography mix. If you need this genre of photography I'd love to hear from you.

When I am not working in my studio you may find me posting educational videos and reviews about photography gear or photography in general on my Youtube channel. I like hiking and camping so it only natural that I like to shoot incredible nature and landscape photos.

Canvas Wraps

My canvas prints employ ECO printing technologies to not only save our forest, but to help rebuild them. My canvas lab plants a tree for every roll of material used. Canvas prints come stretched gallery wrap style with the option of either black paper backing, sawtooth hangers and rbber hanging bumpers or hanging wire with an open back. I recommend the hanging wire for prints larger than 16"x16".

There are two styles of canvas prints currently available - Canvas Floats and Canvas Flats. Canvas Float uses a portion of your photo wrapped around the sides so it is important that you select photos where your subject does not extend to the edge of your print. Canvas Flats are printed actual size and a 2" white border is provided around the image area.

Metal Prints

A modern but dynamic twist to prints! With the latest and greatest in dye sublimation processing, I'm proud to offer you a brilliant alternative to traditional printing. With incredible color reproduction and unsurpassed durability, I am sure my metal prints will last virtually forever. They are waterproof, UV resistant and Eco friendly; Metal prints are more than just prints.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Small imperfections will occasionally be present in the surface of metal prints.

I will not re-make orders with these imperfections present. These imperfections are unavoid-

able and we will take every precaution to ensure that they are not on important areas of your image.
